Wirsol Conludes Deal to Finance 61.2MW Solar Park in Denmark
Approximately 60 million kWh of electricity is being generated by solar park in Scandinavia – sufficient energy to provide green power to around 30,000 private households. Situated in Lerchenborg in Denmark, the solar park has been connected to the grid since December 2015. It was built by WIRSOL.

Solarpack to Develop 100MW DC PV Plants in India
Solarpack has been selected to build six photovoltaic solar plants with a total power of 100MW DC in the Indian state of Telangana. Solarpack is in a partnership with Think Energy Partners. TSSPDCL will acquire all the generated electricity through a long term power purchase agreement (PPA) for a period of 25 years. These plants are expected to generate around 160GWh annually; thus catering to the huge energy requirements of the country.

Phoenix Solar AG to Build 4.9MW Power Plant in Turkey
Phoenix Solar AG and its partner Asunim Yenilenebilir Enerji Teknolojileri İnş. Müh. San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. have been jointly awarded an order by a Turkish governmental enterprise to build an array of four photovoltaic power plants with a total capacity of 4.9MW in the Incesu Industrial Zone in Kayseri in central Anatolia.

Sunrun Closes $250 Million in Financing for US Residential Solar Projects
Sunrun Inc., Investec Inc. and Investec Bank plc (together 'Investec') today announced the closing of $250 million of senior secured credit facilities to support the growth of Sunrun's residential solar business. Sunrun will use the funds to help more Americans install clean, affordable solar systems on their homes and reduce their electricity bills.

PSEG Acquires Two US PV Plants Totaling 66.6MW from Juwi
PSEG Solar Source today announced that it has acquired ownership interests in two solar facilities from Juwi Inc.: a 3.9MW-dc project in Livermore, California; and a 62.7MW-dc project in Millard County, Utah.

Kyocera TCL Solar Begins Construction on 13.7MW Floating Solar Power Plant
In a joint venture, Kyocera Corporation and Century Tokyo Leasing Corporation announced today that Kyocera TCL Solar LLC has started construction of 13.7MW floating solar power plant on the Yamakura Dam reservoir, managed by the Public Enterprises Agency of Chiba Prefecture in Japan for industrial water services.

BayWa r.e. has sold Lynt Farm solar park with an output of around 27MW to MEAG, the asset manager of Munich Re. Closing took place on 31 December 2015.

JinkoSolar Partners with RWE AG in the 800MW Solar Project in Dubai
JinkoSolar Holding Co., Ltd. today announced that it has formed a consortium with RWE AG through its subsidiary RWE Innogy to jointly participate in the 800MW Solar Photovoltaic Independent Power Project - Phase III tendered by the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Having successfully pre-qualified earlier this month, both parties are now preparing their joint tender response, which is expected to be submitted at the end of March 2016.

Delta Completes 4.6MW Solar Plant in Ako City, Japan
Delta's proprietary solar plant, Delta Ako Energy Park, was completed and put in service today. This power plant is located in a mountainous area of Ako City in Hyogo, Japan. The new plant is equipped with a capacity of 4.6MW and takes up an area of 96,000m2.
