Bewertungen Names, e-mails The data will be displayed on a company profile page in case a user gives a review of the company. Users can toggle it off or e-mail to ENF to delete the reviews.
Enquiry Names, e-mails, phones, Skype contact data (optional), QQ contact data (optional) Recorded when users make an enquiry via ENF system. This information is sent to the company the user wants to contact and also shared with 2-3 relevant companies that have matching products (only if the user allowed us to do this by clicking the corresponding option).
ENF may calculate and share broad statistics such as number of enquiries for each country of origin.
Shield IP addresses We track usage by IP to prevent abuse.

ENF can communicate by e-mail or in other ways (by the chat system, etc) with all the users if the need arises (such as e-mailing to Enquiry users, Useful contacts, directory listing management system users, etc).

When we communicate with users by the chat system we keep logs of the chat data for reviewing and we might leave offline-messages to users.

But we want to communicate with you only when you want to hear us. So in case you don’t please use the websites features or e-mail to us at support@enfsolar.com to unsubscribe and/or have your e-mail deleted.

Third parties carefully selected by ENF can e-mail to all the users if the need arises. If you don’t want to receive communications from third parties please e-mail to us at support@enfsolar.com to unsubscribe and/or have your e-mail deleted.

ENF holds publicly available information on companies including company email and phone numbers. This information is shared with particular third parties (although we try to be careful with who gets this information and we have refused to sell this data to many customers who we feel will not make appropriate use of the data). If you object to this information being published you may have it deleted either through deleting this data yourself, or by emailing support@enfsolar.com to request the data is deleted (data will be deleted from our online database at the same time).

ENF may share your information with third parties who provide services on our behalf to help with our business activities. These companies are carefully selected by us and are authorized to use your personal information only as necessary.

We store the data we collect continually because we need the data for an adequate functioning of our services and website.

Data we collect are stored on servers located in USA, UK and China with application of all the appropriate safeguards.
