Jinchen Renewable Energy Laboratory in the industrialization of heterojunction (HJT) cell conversion efficiency reached 25.35%, reaching the industry's advanced level.

Jinchen Renewable Energy Laboratory, using the own self-developed large-cavity PECVD and PVD equipments, establishes a pilot R&D line for heterojunction (HJT) solar cells, and develops heterojunction (HJT) high-efficiency solar cells. The establishment of the pilot R&D line is to open up the R&D and production processes, verify the feasibility of key technologies, and reduce uncertainties in the production process.

Jinchen lab achieved a conversation efficiency of 25.35% for HJT solar cells on 120μm ultra-thin half-cut silicon wafers, using single-sided microcrystalline technology. Reaching the domestic advanced level. (Certified by the Institute of Electrical Engineering of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, a CNAS-qualified company). In the near future, double-sided microcrystalline technology will be introduced for HJT solar cells in the Jinchen lab, and the conversion efficiency is expected to exceed 25.5%.

With PECVD and PVD vacuum coating equipments as the core, Jinchen provides customers with HJT turnkey projects, and the product technology and equipments have reached the advanced level in the industry.

In the future, Jinchen Gorup will continue to increase the investment in R&D of equipment and process, further improve the performance and cell efficiency of heterojunction (HJT) solar cell mass production equipment, and increase the market promotion to meet the higher demand of customers and industry development.
